Rabah Abusbaitan has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Hyatt Regency Dubai

A Jordanian national, Abusbaitan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco, USA and an Associate Degree in Accounts from the United States of America. Abusbaitan joined Hyatt Hotels in October 2001 as executive sous chef at the Hyatt Regency Taba Heights, Egypt. In September 2002, he was part of the pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt Dubai in the capacity of chef de cuisine and was later promoted to executive sous chef. In June 2005, Abusbaitan was transferred to Grand Hyatt Amman, Jordan, as an executive chef and thereafter moved to the role of director of food & beverage in the same hotel. In September 2011, he was transferred to Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where he held the position of executive assistant manager – Food & Beverage, until he joined Hyatt Regency Dubai as hotel manager.
