Dirk Burghartz, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC announces the appointment of Rolf Lippuner as Hotel Manager. Lippuner is promoted from his position as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, the city’s only premier hotel awarded both the Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond awards. Lippuner will manage the 222 room Hotel, also home to popular Power Breakfast and Sunday Brunch restaurant Seasons and Michael Mina’s BOURBON STEAK, recognized as the city’s best steakhouse by The Washington Post. During his time at the Georgetown hotel he has overseen the Rooms Division of more than 150 employees, and will now direct the Hotel staff of 480, including a Les Clefs d’Or concierge who contributes to the more than 125 collective years of concierge experience. Lippuner’s extensive knowledge makes his promotion a natural transition.
