Fathi Khogaly has been appointed as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria

An Egyptian national, with extensive work experience of over 25 years within Hyatt Hotels and UAE, Khogaly will now lead the way forward at the property, saia a statement from the hotel group. Khogaly graduated from Hotel School, completed his Business Administration and joined the Hyatt Family in 1988 in the Food & Beverage Department and worked in various outlets at the Hyatt Regency Dubai. He then moved into the Events Department in 1995 taking on various roles until he was promoted to Director of Catering, it stated. Khogaly joined the pre-opening team in 2003 at Grand Hyatt Dubai and was later promoted as the director of events and was in charge of setting up the Events Department. In 2006, he was appointed as The Galleria manager and returned to the Hyatt Regency Dubai and shortly after promoted was promoted as the Resident Manager of the hotel. After a year in that position at Hyatt Regency Dubai, Khogaly joined the Grand Hyatt Dubai as their hotel manager and now is back with Hyatt Regency Dubai as the general manager, said the statement.
