Bridie Commerford has been appointed as director of marketing and communications at Accor Pacific in Australia

Commerford brings a wealth of experience to the position - the past 18 years has seen her fulfil senior marketing roles across the consumer goods, quick service restaurant and alcoholic beverage industries in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She was most recently the head of business and brand strategy at global creative agency Naked Communications in Sydney, and group marketing manager at Foster’s Australia and Treasury Wine Estates in Melbourne. The role will see Commerford lead the team responsible for handling the marketing and communications activity for all of Accor’s brands in Australia. These include Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, The Sebel, Quay West, Grand Mercure, Mercure, Ibis, Ibis Styles and Ibis Budget. Commerford will also oversee Accor Australia’s quality and guest relations team.
