Before taking up his new appointment, Scott had been General Manager of Centara Villas Samui for three years. Scott has many years of experience in the hotel industry and has worked with leading hotels including Novotel Vines Resort & Country Club in Australia, Duxton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and Mai Ton Island Resort Phuket, where he was General Manager.
