With seasoned real estate sales experience and a proven track record of success in project sales, Lisa Hatem will lead all sales efforts for Montage Residences Kapalua Bay. Hatem secured over $800 million in real estate transactions for more than 400 buyers over the past 13 years. She joined the Montage Hotels & Resorts family from The Residences at Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, where as Director of Sales and Managing Broker for the past six years, Hatem and her team contracted and closed an average of $60 million a year in sales. Previously, Hatem served as Director of Sales for top resort real estate offerings including the Ritz Carlton Club in Aspen, the Snowmass Club, and the Hyatt Grand Aspen. Hatem is dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service to all of her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends in the process. In her personal time, Hatem is an avid horsewoman and enjoys traveling to exotic locales with her husband and two children.
