Federico has been associated with Hyatt for over 15 years and has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in managing large food and beverage operations, and has also played an integral role in opening a number of hotels. In his previous assignments, he has worked with Grand Hyatt Dubai, Grand Hyatt Amman, Grand Hyatt Muscat, Hyatt Regency Le Barsey, Brussels and Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi (the world’s most inclined hotel), and was the acting general manager of the Park Hyatt Hadahaa in the Republic of Maldives.
