A graduate of hotel and restaurant management at the University of Wisconsin, USA, Stella has held senior sales management and business development positions at hotels such as the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Intercontinental Grand Stanford and The Excelsior. At regional group level she was responsible for executing marketing and business development strategies for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group across the Asia Pacific.

Stella Chow is an alumnus of University of Wisconsin-Stout – Class of 1987.
