Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is pleased to announce Robert Coates as its newly appointed General Manager, bringing with him a wealth of international and domestic hotel experience to the Hunter Region. Robert will continue in his role as Area General Manager, overseeing the operations of four hotels within NSW and ACT. Starting his career with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 1986, Robert has successfully led operations across a number of IHG properties past and present in Australia and New Zealand. Properties include Crowne Plaza Auckland, New Zealand; Crowne Plaza Newcastle, NSW and Gagudju Crocodile Holiday Inn, Northern Territory.
