Oakwood® Worldwide, the global leader in corporate housing and serviced apartments, announces the addition of Alwyn Fitzgerald as director of sales for the company’s portfolio of 28 Oakwood branded properties located primarily within the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Fitzgerald will report to Tabatha Ramsay, vice president of sales, marketing and revenue management for the Oakwood properties in the region. He will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue for the company and deliver increased customer value. His appointment is part of strengthening the leadership team and supporting sales efforts for the brand’s expanding presence. Fitzgerald will oversee key accounts and uncover new group sales opportunities for the company. 
Fitzgerald has worked in Europe and Asia and has experience marketing multiple properties gained across hotel brands such as Hilton Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Marriott International. He will operate out of Oakwood’s office in Singapore.
