A British national, brought up in Switzerland, Tyler joins the team with a high level of customer service, superior attention to detail and intuitive understanding of quality.
Certified by the Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland, he holds an impressive track record in the hospitality sector.
Prior to his new position, his career path has taken him from his home country of Switzerland to Jakarta, Hong Kong, Dubai and Bangkok, before joining the Four Seasons team with his first posting in Kuala Lumpur 13 years ago at The Regent.
Tyler’s F&B background then took him to Four Seasons Hotel Amman and Four Seasons Resort Maui before his promotion to resort manager at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica. From there he moved to the role of hotel manager in Chicago before joining Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.
