Carlos Tarrero has been named as the new general manager of Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Krabi. The move marks a promotion for Tarrero, who has been director of operations at the luxury resort since June 2012. He has previously worked in Spain, the UK and Indonesia.

Carlos Tarrero is an alumnus of NYUSPS Jonathan M. Tisch Center for Hospitality and Tourism – Class of 2001.
