Heritage Hotel Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Ana Vivas as the new resident manager of Heritage Christchurch. Ana has been the resident manager at the Heritage Boutique Waterfront Suites Bay of Islands since 2012. Originally from Mexico, Ana worked in hotels in her home country, first for Starwood Hotels and later for Small Luxury Hotels of the World. She moved to New Zealand in 2000 with her family and settled in Christchurch working in her own hospitality business for nine years. She has a bachelor of business and a diploma in hotel administration. She has held roles in sales and marketing and operations in her extensive career.
