Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano announces the appointment of Ashraf Osman to Director of Food and Beverage as of May 1, 2014. Ashraf started his career at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza in 2005 in the capacity of Aqua and Steaks Restaurants Manager.Ashraf worked very hard on developing his personal knowledge and expertise in the world of food and beverage by investing his efforts in earning an F&B Certificate in the Art of Cooking and F&B Service in 2005, a Business Administration Diploma from the American International Academy of Studies and an honorary F&B Management Diploma from Cambridge Training College Britain. His genuine personality, dedication and hard work assisted him in earning the promotion to Director of Restaurants in September 2006, then another well deserved promotion to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2012.
