In this pivotal role at the InterContinental brands flagship hotel, Mr Winders will lead the dedicated Concierge team to provide seamless service, unparalleled local knowledge and true insider experiences for guests. In addition, Mr Winders will work closely with a network of InterContinental Concierge throughout the world to ensure a unified travel experience between properties. Mr Winders brings extensive 5 star experience spanning the U.S, China and Europe, and a lifelong passion for hospitality. In addition to winning a host of awards, including Scottish Luxury Hotel Concierge of The Year for two consecutive years and UK Regional Concierge of The Year (Where Magazine), Mr Winders is also heavily involved in the Les Clefs dOr and formerly acted as Chair of the Scottish Regional Committee Society of the Golden Keys.
