With over 18 years of experience Mr. Arora joins The Ritz-Carlton from his role as the Director of Sales, The Oberoi Group, North Mumbai, prior to which he distinguished himself in leadership roles in other Oberoi Group’s hotels in Kolkata and Chennai. He was also Head of National Sales with IHHR Hospitality Pvt Ltd for two years. An Indian national Mr. Arora is an English honors graduate of the Delhi and Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is married and has a son. He is passionate about reading and travelling as well as spending time with his family.
