Ben Goh has been appointed as Assistant Dean and Director at The School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Oklahoma State University

Goh is joining OSU from Texas Tech University where he is a professor in restaurant, hotel and institutional management and has more than 20 years in academic administration. He has served as associate dean of the College of Human Sciences and as associate department chair for the department of nutrition, hospitality and retailing from 1992 – 2001. During that time, he led the establishment of the doctoral program in hospitality administration. Human Sciences Dean Stephan Wilson said Goh will provide leadership and vision for the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration as it begins construction of new research, food preparation and service labs in the soon-to-be-built expansion of the Human Sciences building.
