Eric VINCENT IMHI 1990 has been appointed Managing Director for Groupe Bertrand, major actor in the French catering field. Prior to that Eric was CEO at Fauchon Group worldwide. Throughout his career, Eric Vincent has managed Potel and Chabot in Russia, joined the international management of Sogeres and then of the Group Flo before managing Hippopotamus and being Groupe FLO COO during five years.

Eric Vincent is an alumnus of ESSEC Business School – Class of 1990.
