Ken Wong has been appointed as Director of Revenue and E-Business at Langham Place, Mongkok

Formerly Director of Revenue and E-Business at Eaton, Hong Kong, Ken in his new position will be responsible for providing strategic management and leadership vision to maximise overall hotel revenue. He will continue to ensure effective pricing and inventory strategies are in place to strengthen the hotel’s market position. In addition, Ken will develop specific tactics to boost brand exposure and hotel occupancy through all electronic distribution systems, ensuring effective accommodation yield. “We are very excited to welcome Ken to the team, I am confident that his excellent track record of success in overseeing revenue management and specialist hospitality knowledge will be a tremendous asset for the hotel. The seasoned Revenue and E-Business Director brings to his new role over 10 years' experience in sales and e-business in the hotel industry, including solid knowledge in the travel trade market. He has held other senior sales and e-business positions at Regal Kowloon Hotel, Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hotel and Miramar Hotel (currently known as The Mira Hong Kong).

Ken Wong is an alumnus of School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University .
