Cameron Townend has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Durban

Townend brings more than a decade of local and international experience to his new role at Hilton Durban. In his former role as food & beverage manager at Fancourt Hotel and Spa Resort, he was responsible for all bars, restaurants, banqueting, room service and major concerts that attracted approximately 3,000 guests. Prior to Fancourt Hotel and Spa Resort, Townend had extensive international experience. His impressive career includes working at five-star hotels and restaurants in London and Zanzibar, as well as sailing around the world aboard the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth 2. Townend also worked at The Oyster Box hotel in South Africa.
