Alice MICOLAU MAFAITY ESSEC IMHI 2001 has been promoted to Hotel Manager at Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai. Alice started with this group as F&B Manager at Madinat Jumeirah Dubai and has held several positions within the Company. From 2001 to 2007 Alice worked for Hilton Worldwide as F&B Manager in Japan and Paris.

Alice Micolau Mafaity is an alumnus of ESSEC Business School – Class of 2001.
