Prior to joining Al Manshar Rotana Hotel, Imad Zaboura was the general manager of Le Royal Hotel – Jordan, his home country. He was then assigned as the General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Riyad D. Q. and spearheaded the pre-opening of a newly constructed property with 286 rooms together with multiple food and beverage options and meeting spaces. In 2008, Zaboura moved to Jeddah Marriott Hotel as a General Manager where he superbly uplifted the hotel total sales year on year, followed by a completed successful assignment as the General Manager of Petra Marriott Hotel in Jordan where he managed to create and implement new ideas to attract the Jordanian Market into Petra. Fluent in English and Arabic, Zaboura began his hotel career in Amman - Jordan in the accounts department, moving to various positions within the rooms division. Zaboura has won numerous awards during his career such as 2008 Finance Excellence Flow through management award for the Middle East Area, 2008 Market Share Premium Award Index leader Award for Middle East Area and 2008 Financial Excellence Global Award.
