Josh brings 30 years of hospitality sales experience to her role. Previously, she was assistant deputy general manager and director of business development for Metropolitan Hotel Dubai, and also ran her own catering company. In her new role, Joshi will lead the sales and marketing team through various strategies to drive profit and optimise hotel revenue. She will direct the business development team in generating leads, while strengthening existing ties with the hotel’s key partners. Joshi will also be responsible for keeping track of current hospitality and tourism trends to develop plans for different markets and segments.
