After a successful tenure as General Manager of Furama City Centre, Mr. Kwan Hun Fah has assumed the position of General Manager at Furama RiverFront, the flagship of FHI, a five-time TTG Awards Mid-Range Hotel winner. Kwan, a seasoned hospitality industry professional with over two decades of experience under his belt, has been with the Furama group since 2006, when he joined Furama RiverFront as an Assistant Director of Sales. His first stint into the hotel industry began in his teens as a waiter, after which he worked through the ranks across various functions building his existing depth and breadth. As Kwan leads the management team in Furama RiverFront, he will continue to ensure an enhancement in guest experience and improve operational efficiency within the premier business hotel.
