Having worked with the Rezidor Hotel Group’s Middle East team since 2010, Eikeland is well known for lifting leading hotels’ performances to the optimum level.
Prior to his new post, he served as the general manager of Radisson Blu Resort El Quseir in Egypt, where he played a fundamental role in increasing revenues and improving guests satisfaction levels.
As for his educational background, Eikeland studied at the Norwegian Hotel Management School. He has spent the last 20 years in sales, marketing and management positions spanning the Nordics and the Middle East.
