Recognising his abilities, Lotfi Jabou has been promoted from his position of director of sales and marketing to operations manager/in charge of commercial initiatives at Crowne Plaza Madinah, the KSA. Boasting more than three decades of industry experience, Jabou began his hospitality journey at the Corinthia Bab El Bahar Libya in 1982. Following that, he joined the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) in 1987 at Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza Jeddah where he worked for 25 years. In May 2012, he made his move to Crowne Plaza Madinah as the director of sales and marketing, where he worked hard and proved his capabilities to move up the hospitality ladder.
