Bénédicte LEFEUVRE ESSEC IMHI 1997 has been promoted to VP Customers Contact Centers. She is now in charge of all reservation call centers worldwide for Accor hotels, as well as the customer service centers. Bénédicte has more than 18 years of experience with Accor that she joined upon graduation. She held various positions and was Vice President Distribution Systems Administration before her recent promotion.

Bénédicte Lefeuvre is an alumnus of ESSEC Business School – Class of 1997.
