Zal Tarapore has been appointed as Director of Rooms at Shangri-la Hotel, Bengaluru

Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru announces the appointment of Zal Tarapore as director of rooms. In this role, Mr Tarapore will lead the hotel’s day-to-day rooms operations, overseeing the front office, guest services, valet parking and housekeeping functions to create distinguished customer experiences. He will utilise 15 years of hospitality knowledge and experience to further develop the rooms division and execute the company’s philosophy of ‘hospitality from the heart’. Mr Tarapore is a hotel management graduate and has extensive hospitality experience gained in India, the United States and Britain with such hotel groups as, Marriott, Taj, Rezidor and IHG and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. He believes in team work and has a great sense of humour.
