Mr. Corder, an Australian national, brings with him more than 25 years of experience gained from holding executive positions in the hospitality industry and specialising in hotel operations; he has an avid interest in food and beverage. He has successfully held executive hotel management positions across different Shangri-La properties in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and, now, India for over eight years. Having begun his career path in the kitchens, Mr. Corder holds a diploma in culinary arts, hospitality and management.
