Janusz joins the Marriott Development Team from Horwath HTL, where he was a Partner and Head of Hotel and Tourism Consulting Services for Poland for over 5 years. As a business consultant Janusz was engaged in almost 200 projects in Poland and other CEE countries. His clients included Polish and international leading hotel chains, independent hotel operators and other market leaders in development, banking and investment. Prior to consulting with Horwath HTL, Janusz spent seven years at Polish hotel chain Qubus Hotel, holding various positions within the company including General Manager.
