Hotel du Vin are delighted to announce that Philip Lewis will be returning to the group as General Manager of their new acquisition Cannizaro House in Wimbledon. The property was purchased by the group in October 2014 and will go through an extensive refurbishment and rebranding.
Philip comes with a wealth of management experience including two years at the Metropolitan by COMO London as well as seven years with Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. During that time Philip oversaw the closure of The Mansion House in Poole to become a Hotel du Vin followed by positions as General Manager at Winchester and Brighton.
Philip is a keen member of the Institute of Hospitality and has recently be awarded a St. Julien Scholarship to Cranfield University.
