Prior to assuming leadership of the JW Marriott San Francisco, Toner was general manager of the AAA four-diamond JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa at Ko Olina in Oahu, Hawaii. During his tenure, the resort was lauded for its exceptional service, accommodations and cuisine. From 2008 to 2012, Toner served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality. Throughout his career, Toner has cultivated properties to provide rich experiences for guests by offering exclusive amenities and services that touch the five senses.
