Leading global hotel management company, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, has appointed Michael McGarry as General Manager at Holiday Inn Express London - ExCeL, scheduled to open in June 2015. The new 204 room Holiday Inn Express, a new construction, the UKs first modular built Holiday Inn Express, situated within the Royal Albert Dock development zone, London Docklands, located within walking distance of the London ExCeL Centre and a start journey to London City Airport, Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena. McGarry joins Interstate from his position as General Manager at the Holiday Inn Express London - Wandsworth where he was responsible for the recen t full hotel refurbishment programme. Prior to that he was Franchise Support Manager at Choice Hotels Europe and, before that, occupied a number of roles with Holiday Inn Express, including Rooms Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn Express London - City.
