With over 12 years of experience Debanjan joins The Ritz-Carlton from his role as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Bangalore. Prior to joining Sheraton Bangalore, he was the Director of Sales at Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Debanjan has also worked in Sales at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata. He started his career with food and beverage operations as a Corporate Trainee at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata. Debanjan is a Gold Medalist from IHM Kolkata and has won many accolades for his leadership including FHRAI Young Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager. He has done Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Lampeter.
