Alison Brooks has been promoted to general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Mesquite, Texas. Previously, Brooks was a sales manager at the same hotel. She also served as the hotel's operations manager from August 2012 to August 2013. Brooks' hospitality career started at the Courtyard by Marriott Houston-Galleria where she gained experience as the front desk supervisor and lead guest services representative. "After being at the Courtyard Mesquite for almost three years, I am excited to be a part of the property's transformation as it undergoes its long-awaited renovation later this year," Brooks said.
