The Indian national has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration and management from the Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration. He has more than nine years of experience in the industry, and was previously the senior sales manager at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. Before moving to the sales team at Kempinski, Shanbhogue held a position in the finance department at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. In this position, Shanbhogue will be responsible for managing the company’s sales technology and driving business to Kempinski Hotel Ajman, while developing relationships with key industry partners and ensuring smooth operation at the property. He will strengthen the hotel’s ties with existing clients and generate leads for new accounts.
