Kerstin Pace has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin New York Grand Central

The Westin New York Grand Central has appointed Kerstin Pace as Director of Sales and Marketing. Pace brings broad international experience to the hotel, after 15 years in various sales roles at Starwood brands in diverse markets across five countries. Pace joins the Westin New York Grand Central from The Westin Dublin, where she worked as Director of Sales & Marketing since July 2010. Previously, Pace started her career as Sales Manager at the Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta followed by Complex Director of Sales in Brussels with multiple properties at the Starwood Brussels Sales Complex. She also held Director of Sales & Marketing positions at Colombo’s Beach Resort and Spa, A Luxury Collection Resort in Porto Santo, Portugal and as Pre-Opening Director of Sales & Marketing at St. Regis Mauritius Resort. Pace also worked on Divisional Sales projects at the EAME divisional office in Brussels. “International guests make up a significant part of our customer base here at The Westin New York Grand Central. Kerstin’s great experience in overseas markets will be a tremendous asset to our team as we continue to welcome this important audience,” said General Manager Colleen Senters. Pace has a passion for travelling and people and speaks German, French, Italian and English. She received a B.A.Hons in French Studies / Tourism from Brookes University, Oxford. Pace has also sat on the board of various industry-related associations in each market.

Kerstin Pace is an alumnus of The Oxford School of Hospitality Management (OSHM) – Class of 1992.
