Refaat, an Egyptian national, holds over 14 years of industry experience. He previously served in key managerial sales positions with international hotel chains including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Raffles Hotels and Resorts. In his newly acquired position, Refaat will hold responsibility for the management and strengthening of the full spectrum of current clients, while focusing on generating new leads and developing new markets. Adding to this, he will also ensure the smooth running of the hotel’s sales strategies and activities.
