Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN), announced the appointment of Lisa Calicchio, SPHR, to the position of executive vice president, Global Human Resources. Based in the company’s Parsippany N.J. headquarters, Calicchio will lead strategic efforts to enhance the vacation exchange and rental company’s Human Resources (HR) function across the organization. Calicchio brings more than 25 years of experience to Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, the global leader in vacation exchange and the world’s largest professional manager of vacation rentals. During her career, she has worked at several blue-chip companies, including Merck and Johnson & Johnson as well as across all HR disciplines. Most recently, she held an operations position running a service line within Covance, a premier drug development company based in Princeton, N.J. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Kean University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Seton Hall University. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute and serves on its board of directors. In addition, Lisa is a guest teacher for Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations graduate program.
