Belgium-born, Frederic spent his childhood in Jakarta and studied the International Baccalaureate of Geneva at Jakarta International School, later graduating from Bournemouth University in England.
Frederic comes to Bali, after holding the post of leading the pre-opening team at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, Australia.
Frederic commenced his career in the hospitality industry in 1999 at Helmcken Falls Lodge, British Columbia, Canada, before joining the InterContinental Hotel Group at InterContinental Carlton in Cannes, France, and working his way through the ranks establishing a solid background in hotel operations. He has worked at InterContinental Hotels and Resorts in Barcelona, Paris, Mar Menor in Spain, Amman in Jordan, Beirut and Algeria.
