Semiramis InterContinental Cairo has warmly welcomed Massimo Bernardi as its new executive assistant manager in charge of food & beverage. An Italian national, Bernardi has held a various managerial positions spanning the GCC, Europe and the USA. Prior to joining InterContinental Hotels Group, Bernardi held hospitality positions with a range of international chains in various countries. He has worked for the Savoy London, The Ritz-Carlton in Doha, Movenpick Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Habtoor Grand Beach Resort and Spa, and the list goes on. Bernardi joins Semiramis InterContinental Cairo with 16 years of hospitality experience. The scope of his management experience includes food and beverage operations and catering in upscale hotels, bars and fine dining restaurants. He is also experienced in conferences and catering sales as well as recreation.
