Niki Robinson has been appointed as F&B Director at Taj Dubai

Taj Dubai has appointed Niki Robinson as the F&B director for its newly opened property. She brings 15 years of experience to her new role, and this will be her first foray in the hotel business. Robinson has an extensive experience with independent restaurants; since she arrived in Dubai in 2012, she has worked as the restaurant manager at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, followed by assuming the general manager’s role at Jumeirah Restaurants LLC and was at the helm of The Ivy Dubai. Prior to moving to Dubai, Robinson ran her own tapas & cocktail bar concept restaurant, Graze Bar & Kitchen, on the south coast of England.
