El-Mansoury is an accomplished hospitality executive with nearly 17 years of North Africa & UAE-based experience. With an experienced marketing and sales background, he will oversee the hotels Sales & Marketing cluster team and develop a commercial strategy for the group covering all segments and channels to maximize the profit performance for the hotel group. El-Mansoury is not only aiming to make a valuable contribution to the future projects and initiatives of the group, but he is also willing to share his knowledge and experience with his team as a part of creating a knowledge-sharing culture in gratitude to the Republic of Tanzania, the country that is hosting him.
