Nicola Zamboni has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) at Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai

Italian national Nicola Zamboni has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai, effective August 1st, 2015. After earning a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management in Greece and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management in the UK, Zamboni went on to work in F&B in Corfu and Rhodes in Greece, followed by positions at Rotana and has been with Radisson brand since 2012. Zamboni’s first position with Radisson was as director of food & drinks, where he was responsible for all F&B outlets. In addition to this, Nicola took over the leadership of the kitchen department in April 2014. In his EAM role, Nicola will continue leading the Food & Drinks and the Kitchen departments and will be additionally responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa Zen and Health Club. Located near Burj Khalifa and World Trade Centre metro station, Radisson Royal Hotel is a 51-story tower hotel owned by Carlson Rezidor Group.

Nicola Zamboni is an alumnus of Bournemouth University – Class of 1998.
