Matthew comes from a professional and educational background that reaches across cultures and continents. Having graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Matthew worked for numerous leading hotels including The Waldorf=Astoria New York and The Banyan Tree Hotels Group in Indonesia and the Maldives. He has also spent time within the wine & spirits industry working with high profile restaurants and brand owners across countries and markets. Prior to joining HVS, Matthew spent a number of years in Singapore working with a global talent solutions and executive search company specializing in leadership and recruitment.
