Carlos Manuel Diaz has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl

With more than a decade of valuable hospitality and recruitment agency experience, Díaz has led multi-market teams for global hospitality brands such as Kempinski, Sheraton and Hilton, as well as independent properties. He has an impressive track record of creating bespoke teams for new hotels along with activating all aspects of HR practices and programmes. In his new role, Diaz will work to achieve business objectives and retain key talent. Prior to his new position, he worked at Grand Hotel Djibloho Kempinski, where he was also leading the human resources department.
