Global real estate advisor JLL has announced that Tatiana Veller joined the firm as Head of Hotels & Hospitality Group in Russia & CIS. Tatiana Veller brings extensive experience in both the industry and market. She started her career over 15 years ago working in Hotel and Restaurant operations worldwide. In 2007 Tatiana set up and ran for seven years the Russia & CIS office of a boutique international hotel consultancy, HVS. Tatiana led feasibility studies for number of hotel projects in Russia & CIS, including Olympic hotels and ski resorts in Sochi, hotel valuations, operator searches, operational reviews, asset management advise and financing deals. She holds a Master's Degree in Internation al Business from the University of St.-Thomas in U.S. and a Bachelors Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Plekhanov Russian State Academy of Economics in Moscow, Russia. At JLL, Tatiana manages the Hotels & Hospitality Group for Russia & CIS, leading its ongoing consulting and investment projects and securing new mandates. The hotel real estate services of JLL include feasibility studies, valuations, operator searches, as well as asset sales and debt financing.
