Gabriele D’Amore has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates’ Gabriele D’Amore has recently been promoted from assistant food and beverage manager to food and beverage manager. D’Amore began his career as a waiter in Italy, his home country. Over seven years he worked his way up the ladder, assuming more senior roles, and in 1999 he moved abroad. He spent the following 12 years gaining international experience as a restaurant manager in the UK, the USA, Greece, Italy and France, with the acclaimed Alain Ducasse and other Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2011, D’Amore assumed the position of assistant food and beverage director with the Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong before moving to Dubai to work at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in 2014 as assistant food and beverage manager.
