Michael Blum has been named Vice President of Operations at LBA Hospitality

LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, today announced Michael Blum as its vice president of operations. In his new role, Blum will oversee operations, total quality management, sales, associate development, financial controls and guest satisfaction for LBA’s more than 60 properties across the Southeast. Blum looks to build upon LBA’s culture of commitment to quality. Under his guidance, a four- part approach to the quality assurance process will be implemented, utilizing focus-directed effort, passion for continued improvement, the utilization of accurate data and total team involvement. Blum, who has more than 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, most recently served as vice president of operations for SREE Hotels. He has received numerous awards from the Marriott and Hilton bands for associate development, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
