Kelley Cosgrove has been appointed general manager at the Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island of Hawaii. Cosgrove has worked for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts since 1987, serving most recently as the GM at the Fairmont San Jose, a position she took over in 2011. The 2014 California Hotel & Lodging Association’s “General Manager of the Year,” Cosgrove has worked for Fairmont in Dubai, Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa over her nearly three-decade career with the hotelier. Located on the Big Island of Hawaii’s Northwestern Kohala coast, the Fairmont Orchid sits on 32 oceanfront acres and is home to 540 guestrooms. .
